The Training Philosophy

"Training is a Process, Not an Event."

To consistently produce the bottom line success of your training event we take nothing for granted.

Customized Training:  All training including workbooks are specifically customized to your organization, including the products and services you sell and competition your sales professionals face in the field.

Reinforced Training:  All PSSD sales training events include "follow-up training sessions" to be lead by the manager in the field. The excitement of new insights and selling skills can produce maximum results with four to six fully scripted training sessions that support the main points of your PSSD program.

The 10-10-10 Action Plan:  The 10-10-10 Action Plan system is designed to gain participant commitments for 10% progress in three areas of each program. The 10-10-10 combination unlocks substantial and consistent results.

Training Skills:  PSSD has developed ASTD award winning training programs. Your event will feature humor, participant interaction, detailed workbooks, customized case studies and more.

We do all of this because it has been our experience that sales trainers who speak in vague generalities and motivational clichés seldom have a message that has any long term positive impact on professionals like yours.
